I am a Sustainability & ESG Consultant supporting organisations — including large and multinational companies — with sustainability strategy, CSRD and ESRS implementation, ESG reporting and governance.
With over 10 years of experience, I have worked with organisations across Europe and Australia, from start-ups to multinationals, including roles at Patagonia and B Lab. This background has given me a strong understanding of how sustainability can be embedded into business strategy and operations to support long-term value creation and regulatory readiness.
A significant part of my career was spent at B Lab, where I acted as lead advisor to more than 10 multinational companies (€100M–€5B+), guiding complex, multi-entity sustainability certification and stakeholder engagement processes. I led global certification programmes for large organisations, overseeing governance, process design, forecasting and capacity planning across regions. I also advised and coordinated Global Business Development teams across five continents, reviewed 50+ complex legal and operational structures to define tailored certification and governance approaches, and co-designed internal processes to support performance evaluation and inclusive ways of working. In 2022, I served as Interim Large and Multinational Company Certification Process Manager at B Lab Global, supporting certification delivery at scale.
Since 2023, I have been working independently through Matterhorn Strategies, my consulting practice through which I advise organisations across Europe on double materiality assessments, CSRD and ESRS implementation, ESG data collection and reporting, and B Corp certification and recertification. I work closely with senior leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex regulatory and sustainability requirements into practical, actionable solutions.
For larger or multidisciplinary engagements, I collaborate with a trusted network of senior consultants, allowing me to scale delivery while maintaining high-quality, hands-on advisory support.
Based in Valle d’Aosta, Italy, I work remotely with clients across Europe.
